You see, I have spent my life studying nutrition and weight loss, and I have taken a very unusual path that ultimately led me to writing Eat Stop Eat.

Eat Stop Eat has been an absolute revelation!

I noticed that in the book you say that people make about 200 choices about food everyday, which I totally agree with. I could not believe how much free time I have now on my fasting days. The biggest problem I had on my first day of fasting was not that I was too hungry, but I was too bored. I was not sure what to do with all my time.
